Karaoke SUOLET + EMÜE (04.04.2024)
Karaoke, which was for everyone interested, and at the same time it was a link between the new and old student union.
Beer orienteering (02.05.2024)
Traditionally, a beer orienteering event organised by the student union took place during the Spring Student Days festival.
Wings for life World Run (05.05.2024)
The event took place on a beautiful Sunday in May and was part of a larger worldwide event. The event was organised in partnership with RedBull.
Slip&Flip (22.05.2024)
This is a warm-up event for the Summer Games, with the opportunity to take part in the same sports as the Summer Games. The events were Slip&Flip, arrowlift, box jump, pole vault and sprint sprint.
Summer Camp (07.-09.06.2024)
The student union got to know each other and share experiences. The workshop is a tradition for people to get to know each other better, to make plans for the year and to have a great time together.
FOXFEST (29.-30.08.2024)
FOXFEST is an event organised by the Student Union to prepare new fresh students for student life and to introduce them to the campus. This time the event took place on 29-30 September 2024.
IDUS (18.09.2024)
20 September is the International Day of University Sport (IDUS), but it is also celebrated in the days leading up to and after the day. This year, IDUS Day took place on 20 September.
South Estonia Adventure (21.09.2024)
Event for our international students.
Went for a hike and swimming in the serene Meenikunno nature reserve, followed by a picnic. The day ended with a visit to the dramatic rocky cliffs of Taevaskoja
EMÜ LONGorienteering (26.09.2024)
As part of the Student Days in Autumn, the traditional orienteering event was held once again in cooperation with A. Le. Coq, and instead of the previous ciders the drink was a longero.
Rahakratt lecture (29.10.2024)
On 29 October, we had a talk from the Rahakratt, who gave us guidance (with jokes) on how to manage our finances better.
Halloween (31.10.2024)
Of course, we organised a Halloween party for our own students on the 31st of October, where students could have a great time with each other and get away from everyday life in between studying.
Torn Rooftop Picnic (09.11.2024)
Event for our international students.
Peaceful evening on the rooftop enjoying sunset views over the city with warm drinks, snacks, and great company. Around 40 students joined this cozy urban escape.
Trip to Shroomwell (17.11.2024)
Event for our international students.
Visited Estonia’s only medicinal mushroom farm in Tõrva and went on a refreshing nature hike along the Vitijärve trail.
International Dinner (07.12.2024)
Event for our international students.
Partnered with ESN for a multicultural food event featuring 19 international cooking teams, cultural quizzes, food tasting, and a vote for the best dishes.
Winter Games warm-up (12.12.2024)
As we did for the Summer Games, we also organised a warm-up for the Winter Games. This time the event was in cooperation with the University of Tartu Sports Office.
Gingerbread Workshop (17.12.2024)
Event for our international students.
Celebrated the holiday season by decorating gingerbread cookies, sipping glögi, enjoying festive music, and decorating the student union Christmas tree.
Winter Camp (17.-19.01.2025)
At the annual winter training, the Studient Union discussed past events, planned future ones and generally had a good time together.
Welcome party (01.02.2025)
Event for our international students.
Kicked off the semester with a lively welcome party at the EMÜS student bar to help new Erasmus students meet and connect in a relaxed atmosphere.
Valentine's Day quizgame and afterparty (13.02.2025)
For Valentine's Day, the student union organised both a quiz game, where students could test their knowledge with friends, and a party. The party was organised in cooperation with EMÜS.
South Estonia Winter Trip (15.02.2025)
Event for our international students.
Showcased Estonia’s winter wonderland with a hike through Luhasoo Bog, a visit to a cozy forest cabin, and stops at Rõuge Pesapuu watchtower and at Taevakoja.
STUDENT UNION 35TH ANNIVERSARY (28.02.2025)
We organized festive gala to reward outstanding people and organizations in 9 categories. After gala there was a birthday party to celebrate with all students and friends.
EMÜ Championships: Quiz Competition (13.03.2025)
An annual quiz game organised by the sports department to find out the best 3-4 member team from the university.
Goofy movie night (16.03.2025)
Event for our international students.
Held a fun movie night featuring comedy classics like Borat and Zoolander, offering an evening full of laughter and bonding for international students.
EMÜÜE X EASL Training (19.03.2025)
The event is part of the EASL Calendar. The event consists of a running, followed by strength exercises and stretches. The workout will be led by Ragnar Rooba.
Bowling Competition EMÜE X EASL (20.03.2025)
On March 27 (20:00–21:00) we organized bowling night.
Aleksander Popov at EMÜ (01.04.2025)
Event takes place April 1st in EMÜ main building. Event is in Estonian.
Lahemaa trip (13.04.2025)
Event for our international students.
Explored the stunning Viru Bog on a bog-shoeing hike with local guides, enjoyed a sunny picnic, and visited the scenic beaches of Purekkari Neem.
